"We had so much at the RIU. Staff was amazing and PERFECT blend of big and small resort for our 11-17 year olds. Great food options, no wait time or reservations needed for the restaurants Just great overall! One watch out...we booked a two room suite. I envisioned just that, but we ended up getting two regular rooms that were attached vs. a true "suite". Not ideal, but not a huge deal for us, but something to be aware of. "

"What a great trip. We loved the unique location, the surrounding animals and nature, excellent service, and comfortable rooms. The food was great, everything was well-organized, and everything ran smoothly. The salespeople were a bit pushy initially, but once we shared our plans and preferences, they gave us space. The Xcaret park entrances are literally right by the lobby and the hotel's beach areas. However, it felt like you were inside Xcaret park even while on the resort grounds. We booked unlimited park entrances, and that was a fantastic choice for us. We did 1-2 experiences each day and then enjoyed relaxing by the pool or the ocean in the afternoons. The night shows at the resort were entertaining and culturally rich. This was our 6th or 7th trip to Mexico, and we’ve learned so much about its culture, people, and beautiful land during this visit."

"Hotel over all was very nice, rooms were big. The only thing I thought needed improvement is the entertainment during the day. Very dull and boring except for the foam party day which I believe is on Saturdays. "

"What a lovely little gem! We have been to many all inclusive hotels here but this place ticks all boxes! The entertainment was amazing, the vibe was excellent. The food was tasty, not exceptional but really good especially for an all inclusive. The drinks were fantastic, be sure to ask for a Pink Gin and Tonic. The rooms are a bit dated but they are clean and comfortable. They have a little mobile library to check out a book and the choice of pools is a great option. We will most definitely come back again. Lovey vibe, great music, wonderful atmosphere for a bit of everything! "
