"it was a great experience, Staff was extraordinary. Hotel was so large and had great amenities like gym, sport center with many tennis courts, football field, etc.. Many restaurants with different options. Some staff deserves to mention, our guest service managers, Maximiliano, Kiyoshi, Erick. Family Selection beach staff, Israel, and Jose, and most importantly the Churchill liqueur bar staff Alexander and the other guy, mixologist. They are the best. Enjoying different cocktails at the Churchill bar after the dinner was the one of the best part of our vacation."

"It’s a mid level all inclusive. The typical dealing with people putting towels out at 530am then not coming out to the pool till noon. Average food and average feel. Sometimes you get stuck going to a resort like this based on extended families affordability. "

"Room was clean, staff were super attentive and great besides the man running the taco stand by the Palms lobby, he was a little annoyed when serving. Driftwood and La Carreta were our favorite restaurant. We ate there everyday."

"This was my 3rd visit to this resort. We were met with the same amazing customer service as always and it continued throughout our stay. We noticed a few differences from previous years, and some aspects were pleasantly the same. Food: almost all really good food, as usual. The Steakville restaurant is one to avoid. A good cut of beef has proven to be hard to find at an all-inclusive resort in Mexico. The other restaurants were really good and had lots of variety. It is definitely best to make your reservations as quickly as you can upon arrival for the best dinner choices. Room: The room was quite dated but comfortable. We were told upon arrival that we were being given an upgrade (both rooms that we booked), but they were clearly the rooms we paid for so I'm not sure why that was even mentioned. Grounds: The building and grounds are kept so so clean; this property is really an amazing little gem in the jungle surrounded by lush greenery and lots of different wildlife. Overall we loved it. Still hate fighting for a beach/pool chair but that is a problem everywhere it seems. Resorts need to develop a fair system for that. We saw several towels on chairs all day and no people on them. Shoutout to the two wonderful ladies that were working in the buffet restaurant by the pool. Made us feel so special every time we arrived!"
