「Everything was good except getting tea or coffee at the Brama. The device in the room was difficult and dysfunctional. The machines for coffee and tea in the common room (Library) were similarly frustrating and out of water (one leaked). Staff were supposed to be available 24/7 by their postings, but unavailable before 8AM. Fortunately, nearby is a coffee/ tea shop which we (and others) resorted to using each day. They should buy some Kerig coffee & tea machines or get delivery from the local...

「I booked this for my older mum as we needed somewhere nearby where she could stay as I don’t have a spare room. I think the place offered a great location and was a really great price. I booked the single room which had a large single bed. The room was comfortable, clean and really well equipped for short stays. Lots of towels which was definitely a plus. Only a few negatives were that my mum would have liked a non slip mat for the shower as she felt it could get a little slippy. It...

「Opened the door and a large cockroach type bug ran across the desk, the shower head was black with mould, staff advised and shuddered in disgust but sadly nothing was done about it. Avoid this hotel. 」

「中心地からは少し遠いですが、近くにケンタッキーやマクドナルド、コストコもありホテルの1階がパブになっているので飲食物を確保することには困りません。客室は少し古びており、枕元の電源がないことなどは少し気になりますが、イギリスらしく紅茶も用意されていてとても居心地は良いです。特にフロントのスタッフの方がとても優しく、イレギュラーにも柔軟に対応していただきとてもありがたかったです。」
