The Grove Guest House had 5 stars and great reviews. I decided other people couldn't be wrong, so I booked a week there for a business trip. I was looking for the true B&B experience, not the hotel with breakfast offered experience. I was not disappointed.
Immediately I get a warm email from Hazel about saftey in London, what the Grove House offers, and asked what I wanted for breakfast. I still had 9 months before I was to check-in, but I admired her committment to make my stay comfortable and...

Everything at The Windermere Hotel was excellent. All of the staff members were super friendly from the emails we exchanged prior to my arrival, to every time I was in and out of the hotel to the breakfast dining staff. My room was cozy and quiet and breakfast (which was included) I really enjoyed. The staff is really the key to this wonderful hotel. I felt so welcomed and I cannot say enough nice things about the hotel's team. Thank you for everything!

I loved staying at the Brownswood! My son lives within a mile and it is a lovely neighborhood and next to a huge park. It was comfortable and the beer garden was welcoming and fun. I will stay here again!

This place is the perfect hidden gem. Our room was amazing. It was just perfect. The extra details in the room were perfect. Everything appeared to be brand new. We also very much enjoyed the pub downstairs! Ben the bartender was very nice, we enjoyed having a pint to two there. If your plans take you to this area, you can’t do better!

My flight with easyjet got canceled 30 minutes before boarding, and although Wavertree’s policy is no refunds, they graciously gave me a refund. Super kind and generous; I’m very thankful.

This property had it all! It was close to everything yet set just far enough so street noise would not affect our sleep. Breakfast each morning came with fresh eggs, sausage, bacon with many options. There were a couple mornings when we had to leave early to get to a tour or flight back - they still made us a to go breakfast which was awesome! In a quaint area. Also has a good small music venue below with good entertainment. It does not interfere with sleep. We enjoyed that as well as...

Lovely room at the top of the building. Quiet and comfortable. A little warm late in the afternoon but cooled down in the evening. Excellent and accommodating staff. Good food.

The room was super cute. The location is excellent! There is public transportation right outside the door. Many dining options. Many things to see nearby! The rooms had AC. The staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful! The only issue is if you have mobility challenges you would have to request a lower floor. Probably my best stay in London so far!

The location is incredible with St. Pancras, King’s Cross and Euston train stations an incredibly short walk away. I wanted to see Paris for a day and with St. Pancras a short walk away it allowed me more time to sleep in and minimal time spent returning to the comfort of a bed after a long day. The staff were super friendly and breakfast had a variety of options with table order service. I would certainly stay here again if I visit London in the future.

We stayed at this hotel because of it's location, and loved it. The rooms are small, which is what one would expect in Hampstead. The staff was so friendly, and the morning coffee (I aways had 2) was "out of this world". Cappuccino or white coffee or whatever, freshly made and delivered with a friendly smile. Loved the muesli and yogurt for breakfast with fresh fruit. There was also toast, hard boiled eggs and ham if you were so inclined. Would definitely stay here next trip.

Hotel room included individual thermostats. Staff was exceptionally helpful and responsive. Breakfast staff was amazing and everything perfectly prepared and presented! Lift to rooms stairs down to the breakfast hall. Fridge and microwave also a safeIn the room. Shower door was located touching the sink made for a tight squeeze. Overall Highly recommended.
