"Great breakfast and a nice spot to spend the night before a palace game. Food was solid, service was EXCELLENT. Parking was a bit trickier than we expected but doable. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. "

"Nice basic hotel in pretty & quiet street. Good location for visiting family who live 20 mins walk across tooting common. This is stones throw from the common & its cafe. Set in nice residential area. Taken a star off as mattress was a bit hard for me but to be fair I have got a very soft one at home that I’m used to. Room bit basic but ok for 1 or 2 nights."

"Was good location for our event at Selhurst Park (40 minute walk) and was good value for money. Fresh bedding and towels provided. Fortunate to get a free parking spot on the driveway. Didn’t use the kitchen facilities which were on offer. So can’t comment on this. Basic room, but comfortable. "
