"Our family, including our very chatty son, had a wonderful stay at Bailey’s Hotel. The hotel itself is older, and our room didn’t have a hair dryer when we first arrived, but those were minor issues compared with the warmth and kindness we experienced throughout our stay.
The location is outstanding, right across from the station and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and even a pharmacy. It made exploring London incredibly convenient.
Breakfast was good overall. There wasn’t a salad selection, which would have been nice, but we still enjoyed the food every morning.
What truly made this hotel special was the staff. Everyone we met, from the front desk to the breakfast team, was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. They were especially sweet to our son, taking the time to chat with him and making him feel genuinely welcome. Those small moments meant so much to our family and created memories we’ll always cherish.
