"Worst hotel ever !!! Place is ugly and nothing like the pictures… I paid to get Wi-fi and breakfast but on check in they said I didn’t which was a lie… instead to fix the problem they told me to try a refund with Expedia !!! Don’t go to this place u gonna regret, a lot of people there complaining, keys that don’t work, place smell bad and situated in a bad neighborhood!!! "

"Came with my pregnant partner on Saturday the 30th to a very helpful and very pleasant receptionist to went out of their way for my partner to get us into a room quicker due to the hot weather, this was super duper appreciated! Very spacious room, good shower and toilet and even a fridge what made me super happy, especially with the hot weather. Bed was very firm but I slept like a baby. Rooms have amazing noise cancellation between the rooms. The only fault and this is ever so minor of a fault...

"Adequate room and clean bedroom and bathroom. Communication could do with improving because I didn't receive email notification 72 hours prior to visit (as stated), I did not know what door number it was (No.113) and nobody answered the phone number when I called, so I was standing outside for 40 minutes. But good price for location."

"Very convenient for public transport bus 50 stops outside hotel. Breakfast is choose and make your own from a decent supply of ingredients."

"DISGUSTING! This review is not exaggerated in the slightest. Im amazed at the condition.of this place and the list of faults seems endless. Sooo.. kitchen is a disgrace. Dirty, very tired, mismatched, no tea bags, no sugar. 1 fork! It was filthy. No problem. I'll clean them. No washing up liquid. Bathroom. Shower head broken. Shower enclosure fitted terribly, doors don't close properly not even a jolder for the broken shower head. Tiles badly repaired with grout just spread over the wall,...
