「I would strongly discourage anyone from booking with this host, as you could lose your money like I did. I booked a two-night stay at this apartment and, upon arrival, called the number provided to obtain the access details. Unfortunately, nobody answered. I spent several hours outside the property repeatedly calling and received no response whatsoever. With no way to access the apartment I had paid for, I was eventually forced to find and pay for alternative accommodation. I raised the issue...

「No contact from the hosts whatsoever with access details. Made countless phone calls to them...no answer! Very annoyed, had to book a hotel at last minute which was extra expense which we didnt need! Warning ⚠️ DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT!!」

「El apartamento amplio para 5 personas, esta limpio sino se mira en profundidad, los utensilios de cocina eran bastante viejos y no habia muchos. El agua del baño no salia muy bien. Estaba bien situado, a 5 min del metro y del centro comercial. El dueño es amable, nos dejo entrar antes de tiempo.」

「Great value. The location is perfect and the apartment have unobstructed view of the Thames. The apartment have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Only caveat is the mattress was very basic but for the price, I am not complaining.」

「Great location next to Battersea Power Station. Apartment is sufficient for 4 people, but the bathroom is on the smaller side - something to note. Host was communicative and helped as much as they could in terms of check-in despite running into some admin issues. Recommended!」
