"my brother and i stayed here for almost a week in late july 2026. the place was super super nice and the area is amazing — a few blocks away there's a complex with food, and like fifteen minutes of booking will get you to a good shopping complex for groceries and all that. it felt safe, and the hotel itself pretty safe too. the view from the window was pretty. we had an electric kettle to make tea and ramen, and a few outlets. the shower worked well. no bugs the whole time we were there so that was nice (: and the laundry was a bit difficult to find at first, all the way downstairs, but pretty easy to figure out once we got to it. the staff was very helpful in informing us about the area and helped quickly when we left our room keys in the room haha only downside is, and i figure this is just bad timing, the elevator was broken and we were like six floors up |: that was a bit tiring especially after already having a long day of walking around london since every trip down means a very long trip up. definitely got a workout moving our suitcases up on the first day. but yeah all in all, a really nice stay and i'll keep this in mind if i come back to london [:"

"Very polite and friendly staff. Perfectly clean. Room was an absolute shoe box, basically as advertised. Zero space, no flat surfaces to put anything, tiniest shower room possible. Shower had decent pressure. Air con was poor, seemed to blow only hot air in the morning, which is no good when it's windowless. TV not tuned so only usable when casting. Did a job, but know what you're getting! For what it was, it was fine."

Park Hyatt London River Thames

Park Hyatt London River Thames

10/10 Excellent
"Its a Park Hyatt, that means you know what you are getting, that is a top notch with an smart decoration hotel. The staff are very friendly and nice which is common in London in 5 star hotels but I thing they go the extra mile to make a difference. The hotel in not in your typical location in London for tourists but this could be a plus if you are looking to stay away from the crowds. Just be careful to check the exact location before you make a decision. To us it was what we were looking for and it worked perfectly. We got a corner room which had great looks to the Thames but a strange layout. The room is top notch but the controls are a little confusing since you can confuse the lights controls to the non disturb sign. Any way in conclusion this being a Park Hyatt made us feel very smart staying there and the rates they have are very competitive compared to other 5 star hotels in London. Probably it has to do with the location since I couldn’t find another reason."
