Firstly the staff are wonderful and very welcoming. The room was very clean and the bed was lovely and comfortable. The food at the restaurant is excellent and not overpriced. The Pestana is a great choice and we look forward to staying at some of the other hotels in this chain.

Just south of the river, but still very close to Knightsbridge and Chelsea. An added benefit we hadn't considered when booking is that the hotel is only a 5 minute walk to Battersea which is a great destination also. Lovely big room with a huge bed and separate bath and shower. It may have been the 2 nights we stayed, but it was significantly less expensive than staying in Chelsea proper. Would stay here again

We had a wonderful stay. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent, with a good selection and everything fresh and nicely presented. The staff were especially impressive — very friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The whole experience was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Everything was excellent, and we would be very happy to stay here again. Highly recommended!
