「I had a wonderful stay at Bob W London Hyde Park. When the safe in my room stopped working, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and they managed to open it safely. 「部屋の設備はシンプルにつきます。私は脚が少し悪いのでエレベーター近くの部屋をリクエストしました。リクエスト通りでシャワールームがバリアフリーで広く、椅子が設置してあり、とても快適でした。この点においては最高です。」

「とにかく立地重視の方にはおすすめです。 コヴェントガーデンに近いため夜遅くても明るくて治安も良さそうでした。ホテル自体は至って普通のサービスで、日本人の感覚からしたら四つ星感は少ないと思います。トイレットペーパーの補充がなくて、自分でフロントまで取りに行ったりしました。でも、イギリスなのでこんなものかも。日本はビジネスホテルでも至れり尽くせりですから。もし、日本のホテルに高いサービスを求めるなら、規模の小さいホテルの方がいいです。昨年、利用したパディントンの四つ星ホテルの方がアメニティやフロントの方の対応も良かったです。」

「I stayed in five nights and had two minor issues. The first thing is in-room safety box was not working when I checked-in while the second thing is that the room key was expired before check-out. Although the issues, hotel staff was very quick and flexible to fix them. I was able to stay very confortable thanks to them.」
