Hot drinks available in communal area but its temperature was so low (at most 5°C) that you couldn't sit there and the china cups chilled the drink! Can't comment on breakfast because I had to leave by 7.15 but express checkout was painless.」

「Overall great value for money accommodation! Quite central to Bristol and the area around has a lot of shops and places to eat very lively atmosphere with students etc. The communication was excellent and staff were attentive. House is nice, quite basic inside, and a little run down but clean and no safety concerns. Parking is limited to paid on the street, and it's a busy area with a fair bit of road noise all night due to single pane windows. But overall good and well organised letting company...
