The host and hostess were very communicative, they responded promptly to our questions and gave us advice on airport taxi and restaurants, the villa was gorgeous and we felt very welcomed, the pool and garden are simply exceptional, we highly recommend this property , we booked it because it was close to the airport for our flight the next day WiFi excellent as well

Juan our host was kind and chill no problem what’s so ever. When we checked out, it almost felt like a family member was saying good bye to us.

Hotel is in a new upscale marina area with lovely view. Very quiet and secure with an entrance in lobby allowing you to walk straight to probably the nicest mall in Cancun with many nice restaurants.

Absolutely amazing! It’s an expensive resort but you honestly get what you pay for! Jonathan was our butler and he moved mountains to accommodate us. Even after we moved to another room, we could still count on him answering our questions, reserving activities, making reservations, but most importantly giving what I believed to be honest feedback. Just needed a plain Hotel for my overnight to catch a red-eye flight out of Cancun. The property is in a non touristical area near the airport. I could walk to restaurants for dinner, and it was an easy taxi ride to the airport to catch my flight.

This was the first time we stayed at this new concept hotel where there was no reception nor any staff on site. However, they were easily reached by calling. I tried calling them at 2 AM and someone answered the phone which was great. The hotel had full kitchen, but I was concerned because there was no range hood to suck the smoke outside. Instead, they placed a smoke detector right on top of the gas stove. We did not cook, but was imagining someone was cooking and the smoke alarm was right on...

The hotel is in a perfect location! Either airport or shopping area! Gated, some restaurants around too! It’s clean hotel, rooms are perfectly clean, very quiet area, if you are looking for a beach the hotel isn’t close to any one! Staff are friendly and very helpful … the buffet was just fine !
