"Good hotel, we had a big group with 4 rooms so they had a little mix up and did not give our 4th room until we asked again. Asides from that, food was great, staff were helpful to tourists."

"Property was older and not well kept in places. We did not have hot water in our shower and it didn’t drain well. The water leaked onto the bathroom floor - from the shower. The windows were hard to see out of, due to dirtiness outside. The pool bathrooms were dirty, smelly, and unkept. It was hot in most of the restaurants. The excursions were great. The staff was great! The food was good."

"We love our stay there . Our room is nice spacious . Great food and excellent different activities and entertainment. My only thing is with the rooms . The bathroom does not have a privacy . There are glass doors on the toilet and bath. They’re separate . So when you finish using the toilet you have to get out to an open room and go to the shower room. If you want to put on your clothes after shower you have to get out to the open room again. So if you are sharing a room with someone there is no privacy . Not sure if all the rooms are like that."

"Amazing experience!! Staff provided excellent service! Food and drinks were 10/10. I wasn’t too crazy about the room, the bathroom and furniture looked outdated but everything was clean. Overall, we had a great time and will definitely be back again!"

"The waiting for breakfast each time was close to 1 hour, and many times tables were available. Restaurants were always full. But some tables were empty. The overall atmosphere was really nice."
