"This is a very family friendly resort. They have a baby pool, water structure, regular pool and indoor activity available for kids. Definitely recommend this hotel with family with small and young kids. We will definitely come back and stay here again in the future."

"Overall I had a good week at RIU Cancun. The food was good at all if the restaurants and the buffet was mid. The staff was friendly but the hotel has some stupid dress code stuff for a hotel on the beach. The room was whatever; nothing wowed me and it did not feel high end. I'm not the biggest fan of the location of the resort. I would recommend going a little further south. The parties they offer are fun and worth the trip. The activities provided by the staff were good, nothing fantastic. If you don't care for the big parties, then there is no real reason to go to this resort over other ones."

"Rented a cabana, didn't realize, there was so much seaweed. I Wish the staff had told me prior. Refrigerator in room made loud noises. Overall staff was very friendly."

"We had a really lovely stay at Moon Palace Cancun – Sunrise. The resort was beautiful, clean and very well maintained, with plenty to do for the whole family. The pools were great, the food had lots of choice, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the atmosphere at Sunrise. There was always something going on, but it still felt relaxing when we wanted some quiet time. The kids had a great time, and we made some really good family memories here. The service was excellent and we felt well looked after from arrival until the day we left. We would definitely consider coming back to Moon Palace again and would recommend it to families visiting Cancun."

"We very much enjoyed our stay at Temptation. Don’t get thrown off by the culture of temptation, it is truly a nice resort to stay at. Food was excellent and drinks were pretty well off as well. Room was very clean and kept tidy by staff. Shower was extra large for a little extra fun. Special shoutout to staff Josue (quiet pool bartender), Red Bull and Mojito (entertainment staff) and Edgard (check-in assistant). Staff was very sociable and made it easy to know more about the resort. Most people at this resort are Americans, we felt very safe here and people were very fun to talk to. A great people watching spot. Thank you Temptation for a great week!"

"Live Aqua Cancún gets all 10’s across the board with me! The staff were super friendly and helpful with any and everything that I needed. The resort was very clean and the food was absolutely delicious at every restaurant on the premises. I would 100% recommend this resort if you’re planning to go to Cancun. I can’t wait to come back again!"
