「Really appreciated Juan's guidance and suggestions on excursions. And Vivian who is part of the activities personnel did a great job with her talk on turtles. However, i do think some other staff need improved training on protecting the turtles from guests who should not be using flashlights at night looking for turtles. I reported another guest for doing this and nothing was done about it.」

「This is a very special place. It's a little off the beaten path, which made for a very relaxing vacation. The whole area felt entirely safe. A car would be nice, but not necessary (we didn't have one). Tony, the hotel manager, is amazing! 「Staff is amazing and always helpful, food is pretty good except at Carnal. We have been 4 time prior and now it's all about the members. Only really cheap alcohol unless your a paid member. You will get hounded to attent the membership tour multiple times a day by multiple employees. The way it's going you won't be able to stay here unless your a member」
