"Very nice boutique hotel. Staff are friendly, eager to help and speak English well. Parking is attached and free. Hotel lobby, restaurant and common areas are very well designed, modern and tasteful with many nice details. Room is super comfortable and feels luxurious and spacious. I booked the recommended spa & massage package of 120 minutes costing 20,000 Yen, but was only given the service of 75 minutes including changing time, bathing and sand spa which lasted 25 minutes, the massage was only 50 minutes. I felt I was being short changed after the session and raised question to the massage lady without any acceptable answer. "
