「My stay at Ikal was phenomenal. I was looking for an opportunity to enjoy a wellness experience and they delivered. The room was just as advertised and they had a wonderful schedule of activities. The location in the national park gave us access to several beach clubs and restaurants along the beach so I could really explore the area.
The staff was amazing, super communicative and accommodated our needs/addressed any questions.
Would definitely return during peak season or visit their sister...
「I love how this location is very private. It has its private entrance to the jaguar park area. You also have access to golf carts that take you around the area where you can visit the light house, the Mayan ruins and other beaches like Santa Fe. We had the ocean front villa #1. Right in front the beach and near their restaurant Bokoba. Staff was extremely friendly. The waiter Jose went above and beyond for us. He brought us breakfast to our patio a few times. Was very attentive to our needs...

Because the room is not so much confortable, just work as the room or lodge with weak shower or wind blow into..
But at least, the housekeepers are working well to have us stay as happy as possible.
So I’d like strongly to do to those who want to enjoy the beach inside national reserve park of Tulum.
First of all, the beach is magnificent with a few people; so you can enjoy private beach.
