"I wanted Ocean view room, being really skeptical, asked front desk guy Jesus for advice, since It was dark when I arrived and couldn't see outside, I was just hoping to get room with good ocean view, and not regret it. but, when I opned the Curtains the next day it was beautiful, best ever, no regrets, beside the view all the staff was nice, helpfull, also gave good direction to all the other hotels I could of visit for lunch, and good food as well, One of the best Vacation"

"Everything was perfect. Beautiful gorgeous Pool and beach. Huge and clean pool and huge beautiful beach full of Palm trees, countless seating and the family selection with cushioned seats, so many cabanas and hammocks and spectacular ocean view. The seaweed might be present but the beach is still beautiful and certain areas got clear and we were able to go in. Great services by pool, restaurants and all over. What great hard working staff who go above and beyond to comfort and pamper us. Great restaurants with great service and amazing food. Events are amazing. Beautiful rooms in jungle surrounding areas, so tropical with tropical small animals walking near which kids love to see and are amazed. If you want a real tropical paradise get away for a family ultimate experience, grand Palladium Kantenah family selection has me won. WE SHALL RETURN TO THIS PARADISE!"

"The staff was not very helpful at all. From the very beginning of our stay to the very end of checkout. If you brought them any issues or problems thier answers were that's just the way it is and I'm sorry. Never a solution or option to get it fixed. The staff was not very knowledgeable of where things are located or were they able to understand what you were asking more than half the time. Several individual employees acted like they couldn't speak English although their job was clearly to items such as timeshares or souvenirs but if you interrupted them when they didn't want to speak to you that was their excuse. None of the restaurants had any identifiers on them that would let you know you're at the right restaurant. Attempted to make several reservations for the sit-down restaurants and was unsuccessful. Their system of making reservations seemed very archaic and not user friendly at all for more than a party of three. If it's just a couple or single then you'll probably have no problem making reservations. The buffets were very good.The property was very well maintained clean and very nice to look at . The rooms were very clean newly updated and nice although the showers had very very little water pressure . The pools were nice and always clean but not all of the pools had towel service or food or drink ordering service. You either had to go to one of the swim up pools or find one Tower station that was usually open. I will not recommend this hotel to anybody"

"The room was clean, everything physically was pretty. The pools and waterside looked nice. There was activities for kids. The staff was so weird. They seemed annoyed for even ordering part of the all-inclusive menu or drinks. Different staff gave different information about the things we asked, there was no consistency in their answers. The “snack bar” is a sports bar and the food was terrible while the lady along with some of the other employees that were there at nights serving 6/01/2026 - 6/03/2026 gave the worst service I’ve ever seen. Never again."

"Everything was perfect!! We got to the resort, they had chocolate covered strawberries in our room, TWO full size bottles of alcohol that we had chose prior to checking in, a stocked mini fridge & the room was spotless. They cleaned our room TWO times a day & if I had anything laying around, they organized it. The room looked as if we were checking in all over again. A golf cart would pick us up from our room & take us to wherever we needed to go. The infinity pool was so relaxing as well, overlooking the ocean. We had our own personal butler who answered any questions that we had. All of the staff had the best attitude & happy to help! I saw staff scrubbing steps, scrubbing around the pool, someone was ALWAYS doing something. Cons: we couldn’t walk the beach because of the seaweed but even when the seaweed is gone, I didn’t really see a way to actually walk it as it was mostly rock. You needed to make reservations for dinner in advance or else you couldn’t eat at specific restaurants. When you first get to the resort, they really try to sell a package that includes the golf cart pick up, the chic show, turn down service, cabanas at the pool & a free massage. It was like $350 extra. I think if you’re wanting to see the chic show & get a massage, it’s worth it but everything else is included. & as far as the cabanas, if you don’t get the package, you still have access to chairs/umbrellas. Overall, I would stay at this resort again. I genuinely felt relaxed my whole stay!"
