「View from the rooftop is absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, the roof is closed/ locked until 8am, so you can’t go up there in the morning to watch the sunrise over the sea (part of the reason for booking this place). Building is still under construction, as well as several nearby buildings. So expect to hear pounding throughout the day. Gym is basic but sufficient - a couple treadmills, a couple bikes, and a rack of dumbbells. Garage is tight! If you have anything larger than a VW Jetta, don’t...

「The apartment is great and pretty central to Play del Carmen but we had issues with the noise - two buildings next door were being in construction and bars nearby blared music till around 1 am. Big props to Jose who's very nice and prompt responding to any requests - our 5 gal water dispenser bottle cracked at 11 pm and he promptly came to change it (the water dispenser option is a great feature in itself for foreign clients not wanting to drink the local tap water).」

「Loved the view and location! Bed & bedding were good for us. Some things need fixing or updating. We love to open the windows to let the breeze in, which we did, until mosquitos are out. The sliding glass doors did not have screens & one slider (in the bedroom) we could not open, but it's not an issue if you want to use the air conditioners. Over all we would not hesitate to rent again because of the view & location.」

「My family and I couldn't have been happier with this rental - it was in a perfect location and we really enjoyed our walks to town through pristine Playacar (with Mayan ruins in the backyard -- this neighborhood is truly magical!) The condo was extremely comfortable and very well appointed. We especially appreciated the beach toys and the recommendation for Alex who was our driver for the week! 「Fantastic property. Security 24/7. Paco at front desk was a true gentleman and extremely helpful. Cabs available right up the street. Walked to Walmart a few times. Les Amies cafe right next door. Tony made Fantastic breakfast with homemade breads. Los Tabernachos, Quebec owners, incredible food and bloody ceasers. Rooftop Club across 5th Avenue was loud at night but never bothered us. Very clean safe condo Always felt safe even on our daily walks thru Playa del Carmen would go back anytime....
