The only unobscured Lakeview is from the rooftop. Breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful, attentive and friendly. Overall, I would stay here again"

"The hotel staff are very helpful, enthusiastic and upgraded me to Deluxe Room, King Size, corner room. It was my return stay after trip to Ha Long Bay. This room is spacious with sofa area and cozy area for the bathroom. The amenities are great. They have a widespread of food for their buffet breakfast. "

"We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and it was very spaciaous and had everything we needed. We stayed on 20th floor and was still quite noisy from te road noise. Pool area was nice but not used as quite cool in December. Friendly staff. Location not central for sightseeing but suited our needs."
