The staffs are very helpful! Special mention to Cha for helping me with my last minute arrangement of airport taxi that accept credit card for payment. I love that this hotel is not located in the city center as it gives you the peace and quiet after a long day of fun and busyness of the city. I love the space and big grounds with play ground for my daughter and swimminh pool. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, it is large and spaceous. They have youtube and cable tv. Bathroom is really nice and clean with bathtub. All in all if you are travelling with kids this is ideal for you. It is not the most updated resort but its staff and peacefulness sold it for me. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and memorable to us!

Pro's: Employee who transported our bags and checked us into our suite was friendly. The bathroom and suite were very clean, and the suite was very spacious. The breakfast was good. Heat and AC worked well. Cons: Impersonal reception performed by employees behind plastic panels through which they could barely be heard. The terrace of the suite had a view of incoming street and surrounding buildings, and no table or chairs to sit outside. The bathroom did not have a bidet, and the only outlet where you could use the hair dryer was by the dining room table. The kitchen had bare minimum supplies - no salt or pepper, no coffee pot, no hand towels or paper towels. When I was using the washer, and tried to use the oven the breaker tripped, and I had to wait for the oven to finish, and restart the wash cycle that had nearly finished previously. We tried to use the Wi-Fi password that was provided, and it did not work on three different devices. When we asked for assistance with it, we were instructed to enter the Wi-Fi password. In short, the accommodations are represented as luxurious, but we found them just average
