"Staff were really friendly and helpful, for example the concierge gave us advice around puppet show tickets and then got us some amazing tickets. When we said one of our rooms didn’t have black out blinds the hotel fitted some for us. But the pool was a bit grimy and there was a bit of a smell from the lake. This might have been due to the heavy rain the whole time we were there."

"Hotel is located right on beer street. Just a few feet is the beer street blocked off from traffic so this street is lively with people always. The staff is great.
