This hotel is beautiful, the staff is friendly and really nice, the space is charming, 1st class. All the beaches in playa are not as good or as big as they used to be so the beach is tiny. Beach club next door is nice, friendly. I would return. This is strickly no smoking.

We had booked 2 reservations as our flights got changed and they were able to connect our stays so that we could stay in the same room. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. The room was ok, kinda loud with construction workers working which I didn’t know about until check in time which I couldn’t do anything about! Out of the way and very beautiful. The beach had a lot of sargasso washing up, but the hotel staff cleaned up at least part of it. It was unsightly, but didn't smell bad, which was a concern going in. Hotel staff was wonderful and the food good.
