Wonderful location and spacious rooms. Not the most up to date amenities, however. Perfect place to stay with a larger group.

Modern clean and very nice

A modern and recently redecorated hotel just a few steps from St Paul's cathedral. The cleaning wasn't up to the highest standards, which is a shame, considering everything else was lovely. The room was spacious and with all the essentials and more.

Corinthia London is by far the best hotel in London. From the moment you approach the entrance, foyer and reception you are transported to an exquisite stay. Is remarkable and anticipates for every need and do so with grace and professionalism. The In Room dining experience is as good as any 5 Star Restaurant. Spa, pool and spa amenities are included in your stay. The feeling of peace, tranquility & comfort in the beautifully appointed rooms cannot be duplicated. This amazing hotel & staff are beyond compare. When you book make sure your room includes breakfast! Omg breakfast inclusive in the restaurant or room service is a gorgeous feast. Do go down ro the restaurant well worth waking for. We are already planning the Holidays at the Corinthia. We actually were sad to leave the staff today. We will see you again soon & hopefully you will too.

Easy, Convenient stay! We had no issues! Liked the double bed option for friends.

Another great stay at The Dorchester. Incredibly well looked after and the rooms were lovely and comfortable. You can’t hear anything in the rooms which is really relaxing. Looking forward to our next stay in November.

I have stayed at 11 Cadogan Gardens a few times now since 2020 and since the change of management under Relais & Châteaux, I am disappointed that the general service of the hotel has gone down. Toiletries were not replenished the next day (it was obvious the cotton pads were finished) so I had to ask the reception for it. Turn down service was lacking, on the 1st night water bottles were not replenished and neither were the coffee. 2nd night, no one even came to do the turn down service. Someone just opened my door without knocking and handed me a bottle of water and left. That was it. My bed was left undone as there was no turn down service on the 2nd night. Also, for a supposedly 'luxury' hotel, why isn't there a fridge in the junior suite? Especially in summer in this kind of heat, you'd expect every room to have a fridge. It's not pleasant drinking room temperature sparking water when it's 30 degrees outside. Restaurant service was not great either. Breakfast - I was sat at the table for over 15 minutes without anyone coming to take my order. I had to flag a waiter down, and the breakfast was not busy at all. I've been a loyal customer at 11 Cadogan for years, but I don't think I will return now. The stay, and the staff used to make every guest feel special and memorable - there was a personalised touch, now it's forgettable and impersonable. Just like staying at any other highly commercialised hotel. What a pity.

What a wonderful hotel! The staff were great and they are on hand to help you with whatever you need. Stefi our personal executive was amazing! When you scan the QR code in the room you can pick your method of how you communicate with the team and for me this was WhatsApp. It was great. The team were responsive and answered every query I had. The wellness floors are also lovely. During our stay we used the gym and also went to the spa. The rooftop bar has nice views of the city. The in room dining menu is fantastic because it's extensive and has almost every item you can think of. The food is delicious - we tried a few different items from the menu. The welcome gift was a pistachio cookie from Cedric Grolet and let me tell you this cookie is nothing short of amazing. It's so good I asked the staff to see if they could make us some for when we departed as it was off menu. And guess what...they did! Thank you to the team!
