"We liked our stay at the hotel. The morning and afternoon staff were friendly. I do wish however that it would have been possible to get clean towels in the early evening. There was residual noise from the other patrons on the floor, which was somewhat annoying at night time. The room was clean which was good. "This hotel is in a good location at the end of Bond St in Ealing, less than 10 minutes' walk from train and Tube services to the city centre and Heathrow. Staff were friendly and helpful, so the service was excellent and the breakfast was very good. It was our first time in Ealing, and we quite liked it. The staff was kind, the tube was literally around 30-40 steps away, the line was a major line, and they fed me a great breakfast (included in the price) every day.
