"Clean "

"I am a property manager over seeing 40 high end holiday homes. I was very impressed with how clean, tidy and nicely presented the rooms, & hotel itself were. Lots of very thoughtful touches. The staff were all fantastic, smart, neat, very polite, knowledgeable, quick and attentive. We were very impressed. The food was also great! 10/10 for that Ginger Beef! We have never stayed at a Doubletree Hilton before. We were thinking it would be more Premier Inn - Travelodge, but it really was so much more. We plan to stay here more often on our trips to London. Plenty of secure car parking (£14.50 per day) - and an easy walk to Ealing Broadway to the tube and straight onto London. A great experience. "

"Second time we've stayed here and its perfect for us. 5 min walk to the tube, safe car park, lovely staff, milk and bottled water provided. We didn't use the bar this time, but previously have, and found it very welcoming and comfortable. Easily our go to London hotel "

"If your not familiar with hostels, your in a for a bit of a shock. There is 12-15 rooms that share 3 bathrooms. 2 break areas with a fridge and microwave sink etc. The dishes and some food are communal. Be aware sharing is not required but there is little space to put things in your room. The bed was small and thin more like a mat, not a traditional mattress. It was very firm. Pillows were rather hard as well. The heat was not working in this room but it had a space heater, that seems typical in Europe. The shower and bathroom areas could use more cleaning as hair. shaving residue and toothpaste was in the sink and shower. Dirty dishes in the break rooms. Paid daily housekeeping would help. The establishment was a little rough around the edges as a whole, but if you’re on a tight budget it will meet your needs. Just takes a little getting used to. It takes a lot of independence and adjustment. "
