"● It would have been helpful to have had a set of basic operational instructions on how to use the coffee maker located on the table-top in the bedroom for those not used to these contraptions. ● The 2nd door inside the bedroom should be labeled with the intended purpose for it's existence. Is it a firedoor perhaps? It seemed that there were some curious individuals trying to find out what was behind these doors. ● The snacks and refreshments located on the table in the bedroom could be labeled as chargeable or not on an itemized list to avoid having to ask the hotel staff embarrassing questions. ● A separate rubbish bin for recyclable♻️ waste and another one for non-recyclable waste would have been better. ● The shower experience especially for people with certain mobility issues could be further improved by having the option of being able to borrow an adjustable height shower stool. ● Fruit juice was sometimes dispensed very slowly, if at all, because the level in the dispensers seemed to be insufficient. The fruit juice dispensers located on a shelf in the breakfast area should be kept topped up/ better maintained. ● There should be a price-cap on excessive daily room rate increases especially for those who have already stayed for a few days and wish to extend their hotel stay. I was deterred from booking an extra night or two just because I felt that the price jump was unreasonable/ unjustifiable, at nearly double for just one night extra! ;))"

"The hotel lobby is cute and contemporary, not your traditional check-in experience. The staff is friendly. It may be a London thing, but there are no hand towels, only giant bath towels - which I thought was weird. Washcloths are not normally provided, in general, but I thought hand towels would be a norm. When I asked the hostess at the front, she said that they were a "3-star hotel", as if that explained it. I guess it did. I was there for 4 nights with my sister. When checking in there was a wad of chewing gum stuck to the bed light switch. Gross. But, I can see how it would have been easy to miss by the cleaning person as it was off to the side in the back. Still.... I mentioned it to the staff, and they apologized profusely and took care of it quickly. I like a red wine in the evening, and they were very limited—running out of one and then the other wine. Not a well-stocked bar. One night they ran out of bottled water. On the positive side, we ordered the margherita pizza (the only one made fresh in their kitchen), and it was delicious. I will say it wasn't really a margherita pizza, as there was no basil, but it was an excellent thin-crust cheese pizza with good sauce. We didn't opt for the 10 gbp breakfast, but it appeared to be a simple cold buffet. Can't speak to that. Other than the gum incident, the hotel was clean and convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. It isn't luxury, but it is 3-star. Hope this helps."

"A well maintained and comfortable hotel with most helpful staff. The room was well appointed and the breakfast offer- especially the "Continental" - was excellent. Very convenient for local shops etc in Ealing Broadway and transport links both to the West End and Heathrow. I would stay there again."
