「The room was basic. There were flies in the bathroom, seemed to be coming out of the light. No security lock on the door so did not feel very safe. The downstairs entrance hall smelt badly if urine.」

「Booked two rooms for me and a colleague for a three night business trip. Arrived and was told we only had one room, had to show proof two rooms booked. Everything in the room was dirty / grimy / sticky, there was a layer of dust on every surface, rubbish on the floor, rubbish in the tea bag pot. 「中心部からやや離れていますが，地下鉄で３０分ほどですし，かえって静かでよい環境でした．４泊しましたが，ホテルの部屋の清掃，タオル交換などは一度もありませんでした．あまり清潔だとは感じません．ロンドンの割には安いということでOKというところです．」
