Fantastic location. Short walk from Ealing Broadway tube and train station. Steps away from shops and restaurants. I felt safe walking back to the hotel at night. The staff were very friendly and I will stay here again next time I need acccommodation in London. Highly recommend!

Very clean, efficiently run, lovely staff, comfortable room with a fine bed…excellent breakfast ( one of the best continental selections I’ve had), and in an area with many diverse restaurants and shops. Ideal location. Highly recommended.

Good location. Bar and breakfast facilities were good. Room (suite) looking tired and in need of a refresh. TVs need updating for modern apps / streaming / casting services. Not quite a 4 star hotel.

All around good hotel. Lacks the finer details of a more up-scale hotel, but was clean, safe and convenient. The AC was so welcome during the London heat wave!

Overall, I’d say this is a good hotel and I’m satisfied with my stay. It’s in a very convenient location, about a five-minute walk to the train station, with local shops and a shopping centre nearby. In terms of cleanliness, it’s reasonably clean, though there are a few issues with the carpet. Breakfast is average; it’s not a full buffet, and while there are some options, you only choose one main. The buffet area could be improved, with limited selection and smaller amounts of food set out, though it doesn’t seem to run out. Given the price and the fact that it’s not in central London, I didn’t expect a high-end experience, and I feel like I got good value. It’s a solid, practical place to stay.

Decent hotel if Ealing works for you. Not far from transport, M&S and shops. Good rooms, all very clean and tidy, decent breakfast. Limited facilities but that didn’t bother us and we knew that when we booked. Very helpful staff, would definitely use again.

Lovely hotel, staff were super welcoming. We had to stay at the hotel for over 3 weeks and in between extending our stay due to home renovations. Nonetheless, staff went above and beyond with ensuring we were looked after during this tough time for us. We became well known with the hotel staff, to the point they memorised our breakfast orders.
