"I had a wonderful stay at Bob W London Hyde Park. When the safe in my room stopped working, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and they managed to open it safely. I truly appreciated their warm support. Please note that there is no fridge in the room and that cleaning during your stay costs extra. However, I support the hotel’s eco-friendly approach and appreciated the way it operates without unnecessary waste. The breakfast options at both partner restaurants were delicious, and I really enjoyed the English breakfasts. I had a fantastic time in London and would definitely stay here again."

"スタッフの方々がとても親切でした。朝ごはんはイングリッシュブレックファーストはもちろんですが、こちらのオーダーにも心よく聞いてくれます。 お部屋は現在のロンドンのホテル料金を鑑みてもあっているかと思います。 パティントン駅からも歩いて5分程度で、公園も近くにあり快適な宿泊でした。 チェックアウト後もスーツケースを預かってくれます。"

"Our family, including our very chatty son, had a wonderful stay at Bailey’s Hotel. The hotel itself is older, and our room didn’t have a hair dryer when we first arrived, but those were minor issues compared with the warmth and kindness we experienced throughout our stay. The location is outstanding, right across from the station and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and even a pharmacy. It made exploring London incredibly convenient. Breakfast was good overall. There wasn’t a salad selection, which would have been nice, but we still enjoyed the food every morning. What truly made this hotel special was the staff. Everyone we met, from the front desk to the breakfast team, was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. They were especially sweet to our son, taking the time to chat with him and making him feel genuinely welcome. Those small moments meant so much to our family and created memories we’ll always cherish. Thank you to the entire team for your wonderful hospitality. It was your kindness that made our stay so memorable, and we hope to return one day."

"環境に配慮したサービスで、タオルは1枚、部屋のクリーニングも依頼しないと無しでした。 朝食は6:30からと言うので早朝の予定を入れていたけど、ウィークエンドは7:00からでランチバックを用意してくれました。 ランチバックは7:00前に食堂にあるものを自分で詰める方式。美味しかったです。 スーツケースは到着時は部屋まで運んでくれました。 チェックアウト時はスーツケースの運搬サービスはしていないと言うことでしたが、スタッフが好意で運んでくれました♪感謝"
