"Wow such an amazing place to stay, all the staff went above and beyond and were so friendly Room was very modern with everything we needs and was so comfortable having a child with autism can nearly always bring us challenges when staying away but he loved it settled in well - perfect for us was that he could log in to his own Netflix on the TV and chill for the night. Highly recommended place to stay and only a 5 min drive to Happy Potter Studios "

"My very large room was spotlessly clean and the carpet looked new. I had two good nights sleep. Window had opaque glass and when I opened it there was a small yard but I wasn't there for the view so it wasn't important. I was really pleased it was an 'accessible' room as I recently had a hip replacement so rhe wet room and rails were ideal for me. TV didnt work in room but a complimentary G&T instead was fine. Watched TV in lounge area instead. Staff couldn't be more helpful. especially James...

"We stayed at the hotel as we were visiting the Warner brothers studios so it was perfect, but not much else around the hotel if you’re not going there. Staff all very good, especially Jamie in breakfast who was great with our two kids"
