"Very good location and super quiet rooms considering ours was facing onto Oxford St and on the 2nd floor. Room is quite dated in an Art-Deco style but plenty of electrical sockets, comfy bed, decent hot shower and clean."

"This property is pretty average. There is lots of options in this area, close to the airport but the property itself is showing its age. Carpets are lifting, art is out of dated or just weird. the room was comfortable and clean, so that a plus but otherwise it felt like am old bestwestern in the US."

"The room was small, but served its purpose. It is not conducive to unpacking or long stays, but clean, modern, and the bed was very comfortable. It had most of what I needed. No iron and closet space made it 4 out of 5 stars."

"Well worth the price, even for only one night. The level of service is great and everyone is very helpful. Very usefully located with a bridge to Heathrow terminal 5, this hotel was really easy to find and traverse. Big shout out to the restaurant across the bar, the service was great and the food was anazing"
