「Absolutely loved our stay at the crazy bear. Staff were wonderful. Hotel was fabulous and we went to the Thai restaurant and the food was great. The whole stay was fabulous. Planning our next visit soon. Thank you for a great weekend ☺️」

「Ample parking. Great bar area, sitting areas, and nice restaurant. Had an issue with the room, but this was generously upgraded and made the stay 100% better than we could have imagined. Bathrooms were really clean and shower was excellent.」

「Our room was clean and welcoming. We knew having stayed here before what to expect. The guy on reception was very friendly and helpful, supplying us with extra pillows. Our Jack Russell settled in quickly and there were grassy areas to walk her. Everything went well during our stay. The only thing I would suggest is more plugs in the room. 」

「古いホテルでそれなりの趣があり良かったが、ティッシュぐらいは部屋に置いてあるべきである。 バスタブがついていたのは疲れが取れて良かった。」

「２回目の利用です。 坂の途中にあるので上り下りは必要ですが、駅近で中心部へも直ぐです。建物は古く、電子キーみたいなものは無いけど、ちょうど他の部屋のリノベーションをやっていたり、しっかりと管理している印象です。バス・トイレは普通に清潔でした。 朝食はビュッフェ形式で、お腹いっぱい食べられます。総じてコスパの良いホテルと思います。」

「Room very cold, no staff on site overnight, no food available (breakfast or dinner) we only stayed one night instead of two. The email received prior to arriving stated that breakfast and dinner would be available, staff dismissive regarding no food situation.」

「Absolutely everything. Evening meal, service and staff were excellent. Delicious breakfast and friendly staff. The room was amazing, not in the main building itself but you couldn’t expect more. Countryside views. Overall a great stay. Would highly recommend. 」

「A lovely hotel, slap bang in the middle of town, close to all pubs and restaurants and the Centenary theatre (20 minute walk) could do with a little touch up and repairs here and there. But excellent value for where it’s positioned and the staff are exceedingly welcoming and friendly. Lovely stay would book again definitely! 」

「Although the room was relatively clean, I did not feel safe not having a locking out door especially after recent incidents at Travelodge The hot water was lukewarm and hardly running out of the main sink tap Mattress was lumpy not that comfortable mould in shower on ceiling. Staff are very friendly unfortunately this is a very tired accommodation walls incredibly thin. For a pub with rooms, it’s on the expensive side」
