"Clean, very convenient, large room. Didn’t have breakfast or have any drinks etc but the bars looked nice. There was an awards ceremony going on when we arrived and had to wait an absolute age to get in a lift up to the reception, when we left after checking in we realised there’s an alternative entrance round the corner. It would be good if that were signposted so people were aware. "

"Nice hotel but the room was a little tired with signs of wear and damage. The heating wasn't working and I had to advise reception who left a portable heater in the room. It's surprising how often this happens in other hotels, not just here, and suggests a lack of maintenance."

If your luggage isn't too cumbersome, and if you’re good with walking, then it's really convenient for any Heathrow terminal since train transfers between terminals are free. We'd absolutely stay again."
