「Very disappointing experience. There was no communication from the property before arrival despite five attempts to contact them. We arrived at 5:15pm, well after the 3pm check-in time, yet two people were still in the property washing up and cleaning. Had we arrived at 3pm, the property clearly would not have been ready. The cleanliness was unacceptable. Plates and pans needed washing before use, there were dirty cups in the dishwasher, mouldy cheese in the fridge and a freezer that appeared...

「The house was really clean and was great fun, they have a slight wifi issue and as a suggestion may need to just double check there hot tub cleaning before getting in .but the owner is amazing and is quick to respond to any problems you may have in order to resolve the matter quickly」

In a quiet and charming neighborhood near the end of the District line, just a 7 minute walk from the station, with a nice old pub nearby and good restaurants. 「Jazzy and Darren are wonderful hosts. Responding fast and resolving issues quickly. The place was clean and neat. Recently renovated . Convenient location, with bus stop at doorstep, tubes a short walking distance and main line walking distance. Shops / restaurants nearby. Would recommend. They even helped in putting a bed in the living room to accommodate 2 extra people . Hope to visit again .」
