「The location of the property was the only thing that appeared to be valid. The room itself did not match any of the pictures. The view was definitely not of anything you could see outside. There was a courtyard as part of the basement you are staying in a basement flat when you rent this apartment. The baseboards are unfinished even the countertop is unfinished. The floors are so dirty. It caused the white towels to become black and dirty. We were able to see where they kept the 'clean' towels...

「Room was clean. Staff was very helpful. Bathroom was too small. Good area.」

「Super conveniently located in front of my London office. Neat and clean new property. Highly recommended for those who come to London for a few days working in nearby offices.」

「The room was perfect but I was on the 3rd floor so there are stairs. Room was well equipped and very happy at the room and kitchen. Bathroom is small but functional. Nicely located」

「Great location with good access to rail and bus. No response to message sent before stay was a bit disappointing but nice tidy accommodation.」
