It’s conveniently located near an Underground station in a lively, eclectic neighborhood with plenty of options for dining and coffee. The property was very clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. Communication was smooth, and Steve was quick to respond on WhatsApp.」

「I felt the description of the flat was accurate. It was quite comfortable for our family of 7. Most of the instructions were good although we didn’t really know how to manage the stove due to no visible settings and the dishwasher was a challenge. Instruction manuals for the appliances would have been helpful. All our concerns were graciously and effectively handed by Nicholas. Thank you for your good service and concern. 」

「The host was very informative and helpful. The property was a really good size and the host had thought about a lot of extra things which made the stay easier. The property is on the first floor so there are some steps but it was easy enough to get up and down with our baby and the pram. The location is great with lots of shops and cafes nearby and it is about a 10 minute walk to Westfield (where we parked securely overnight). There is some on street parking nearby. 「Loved the location. Just a block off of Earls Court tube entry. Easy to walk around the area, and plenty of shopping. There is road noise in the front bedrooms, but you are told about it in advance and it is normal for anyone who has ever lived in a big city. My only real down side is the walls could use freshening up, the paint is just tired and a little lacking. 」

「Stayed with the family (3 kids), hosts communicated very well, picking up the keys was easy (a shop around the corner), West Kensington was a 5 minute walk and the stay was quiet and comfortable. There's a few late night shops around and also a very nice breakfast and coffee place around the corner (a few doors down from where keys are collected) called Hazel which is lovely. Great stay overall. 」
