Loved close location to Wembley Stadium, which was our reason for staying. Very clean with plenty of amenities supplied. Great balcony too. AC not very effective. Internet, although supplied with WIFI, was non existent. All communication received from hosts not received as no internet. Apologies for not emptying bin but didn’t know this had to be done (due to not receiving info from host re: no internet) Would stay again though. Thank you.

Spacious, clean, good kitchen and sofa. Nice shower with reliable hot water and good linen. Nice environment. Check in staff were lovely! Just beware of the loud noise for 5 seconds when the heating comes on. Lots of convenience stores to stock up fridge. Will definately stay here again.

Excellent Apartments

Apartment was clean, spacious and beautiful designed. Communication was excellent throughout booking and stay. Location was amazing. We had a concert in Wembley and we only had to cross a road. The view from the balcony was great. These apartments have a designer shopping outlet a few hundred meters away and lots of restaurants.

Can’t beat the location for concerts/sporting events. Check-in was smooth. There were minor issues with the property(missing shower head, broken slats on the bed). Communication with me was poor. Had issues with wifi not connecting. In the welcome letter it says to contact through booking portal (Expedia for me). The first time I reached out they got back to me the next day and later even reached back out to see if issue was resolved. The WiFi then stopped working again and also there was an issue with the trash chute. When I messaged to attempt to resolve no one reached back out to me before check out. When we asked reception he said he would resend the info to login although the password had never changed. In the end, we only had wifi for 12hours and had to bring trash with us to check out due to lack of communication.

Great stay! Perfect location for an event at Wembley. Easy access to the tube and good assortment of places to eat near the flat. Will definitely stay again on our yearly trip to London. We were worried about no central a/c, but having the windows open was perfect and no issues with being comfortable

Property was not cleaned to a good standard prior to checking in (around 5pm). Shower head and glass were dirty, one of the shower heads broken in the master room and leaking. Kitchen had oil/cooking splatter on the walls and appliances. Glass doors and mirrors had dirt prints and markings. Host requested photos for evidence, received a generic apology response later. For the price point, would not recommend.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
I barely write reviews but this is by far the worst place I've stayed at. First - Ferrum has a pest problem, this is not a exaggeration. There are mites and flies everywhere, I found them on the upholstery and bed, even crawling on me. Another concern is the dirt - who is cleaning these units? It is shocking that guests are charged a cleaning fee. You can smell the dirt and grime as soon you walk through the door. The sofa was saturated in debris, you could actually see the dirt, flakes and residue in the crevices of the velvet sofa. It's disgusting and it made be physically ill . And don't bother ordering food or groceries like I did - if drivers happen to leave it on the stairwell or doors, it gets stolen within mere minutes - it happened twice! This place is a literal cesspit. I should also mention, the bathroom is especially terrible - the bath tub is covered in soapscum, the shower pressure is non-existent and water pools in the bath, it does not drain. All bottles of handwash/shampoo provided are watered down. Be warned - the towels aren't clean either, they smell used. And if you're banking on getting a good night's sleep, expect to be sorely disappointed because the wooden bed frame is flimsy and creaky - the paltry slabs of foam they call pillows will leave you stiff necked for days. Avoid at all costs, Ferrum is a slum.
