「Location was great... Management was horrible! Their advertisement falsely stated that there was laundry on the property. The apartment smelled of sewage. The window ledge fell on my foot, twice. For a seven days stay, they gave me two towels. I had to go out and purchase more toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels. House keeping came and bought air freshner for the sewage smell and that was it. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person... Absolutely horrible... 」

「We stayed in a different room from the one I booked. It was smaller than I thought it would be, but we made it work. The kitchen was great, it includes a washer but no dryer. The area is charming and easy access to public transportation. A wonderful car service is not to far and very reasonable.」

「Very spacious appartment and good sized balcony, 5 adults could comfortably sit out on it. All facilities we needed were there. Beds very comfortable and nice bedding. Great transport links to london especially bus. Self check in was easy. Communication with host excellent. If we visit London again we would definitely book this apartment again. 」

It was an 18 pound cab ride from the underground station. The Wembley flat/house we let was double booked, and we were given this property without the opportunity to cancel the booking and receive a full refund.」

「Sehr sichere & saubere Unterkunft. Beim Ankunft hatten wir einige Schwierigkeiten (wir waren selbst Schuld). Der telefonische Service war 1A und hat uns direkt weitergeholfen. Ansonsten keine weiteren Probleme gehabt. Die Ausstattung der Räume auch sehr toll. Gerne wieder」

「We loved staying here. It is a beautiful apartment with everything you need. You could easily stay here for a week or longer. It was during the heatwave and we were impressed by the Dyson fan that was there. There's an Ironing board & iron, a washing machine/dryer, Nespresso machine & pods, a dishwasher & a lovely balcony. Tesco extra is less than 2 mins walk away. A perfect apartment for a short or long stay. We will definitely be returning.」

「キッチン付き、治安がよい、近くにスーパーが2軒(WaitroseとTesco)、ロイヤルアルバートホールに近い、フロントが24時間で親切、コインランドリーがあるなど、滞在にとても良いところでした。 施設はリニューアルはしているものの古い・天井が低い・壁が薄くて隣の声が丸聞こえ(隣の家族連れの子ども達が夜中まで飛び跳ねて騒ぐのが同じ家の中かと思うほど聞こえました)、など難点もあります。 」

「毎年泊まっているリピーターです。総合的に居心地の良いホテルで自由も効くので渡英時には利用することが多いです。 今回はhotels.comのシルバー会員特典で朝食無料の予約でしたが、チェックイン時にホテル側は素泊まりと主張。シルバー会員特典の件を伝え再確認するよう依頼し、最終的には朝食有りと確認され、カードキーのホルダーにも朝食込みと記されたのですが、翌朝朝食に行くと部屋番号が無いといわれ、ここでも確認を依頼。朝食会場が混み合う時間帯だった事もあり、暫くテーブルで放置。こちらから確認取れたか再度尋ねるとやっとレセプションに電話で確認。朝食ありと判明。 スタッフに悪気も嫌も無く、基本的にはフレンドリーなので揉めることはあまりありませんが、自己責任で確認が必要です。 」
