「had an extremely poor and distressing experience with this accommodation. It was not as advertised, the allocated room had not been properly prepared, and me and my sister who had limited mobility were unable to stay. Place was modern & spotless and access to a modern clean kitchen too with a fridge freezer (was very much needed this weekend as it was 35 degrees!), microwave, kettle etc Was ridiculously hot this weekend, but they offered a fan for the room to help.
