We chose the Premier Hotel at Heathrow for its low price and proximity to the airport, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. The lobby was chaotic—overcrowded, understaffed, and disorganized, with guests visibly frustrated and long waits at the front desk.
Once we finally got to our room, things only got worse. The room was dirty, the bathroom hadn’t been properly cleaned, and the furniture looked like it had been around since the early 2010s—worn out, stained, and in desperate need of replacement. Nothing felt fresh or well-maintained.
This hotel may be affordable, but it’s not worth the savings. We’ll never stay here again. Spend a bit more and save yourself the stress.
