Good location right in the airport, still about a 10 min walk to terminal 4 and then a train ride to terminal 2 or 3. We ate in the restaurant which was surprisingly wonderful. The staff was so friendly. The room are clean and comfy beds.

Second time staying here on our visit to London. The breakfast is fantastic, the room is very nice and the staff are incredibly friendly. It’s easy to get in and out of London on the train. The rooms are very reasonably priced also.

Great venue if you’re planning to stay close to the airport. Connections to the terminals are free, quick and easy and are all in closed. Staff at the hotel provided excellent service and the restaurant provided friendly services with plenty of options for dinner and breakfast.

I booked one of the lesser expensive hotels near Heathrow airport as I was staying there just one night before a flight. I was genuinely and happily surprised at how nice this hotel was, and how very helpful the staff was. To top it off, the food was great! For 30 pounds, I received a two course dinner and a full buffet breakfast. Very easy to get to the other terminals for 7 pounds on a shuttle bus.
