I noticed the air conditioner was't properly working. The room is at a minimum level.
Every one-hour Hopper shuttle bus to the hotel service.Very inconvenient but expensive(5 pounds for a single ticket)

We stayed to travel to lego land the hotel was clean the staff friendly and helpful , the only thing that was a negative is the menu choice and no childrens menu but the food was fine. The bus service was very frequent.we got the 81 to Slough walked across the street and down a few minutes to th exchange building to catch the 102 103 straight to legoland they seen to come every hour.

Amazing
We booked the terminal 5 location of ibis hotels for the weekend, however due to refurb work we were relocated.
I couldnt have been happier the welcome we received was exemplary, the cleanliness was spot on and the comfort was brilliant, if there was any downside it would be the lack of pillows, on 2 pillows for a double bed !!

Die Fenster waren verschlossen und wir konnten nicht lüften. Die Klimaanlage war nicht regulierbar.

It is very good value and is linked to Heathrow airport by a Hotel Hopper bus. Unfortunately this ran only once an hour early on the morning I was there.

Fine for a stopover.
The hotel had no notification of our arrival after we had been transferred from the previous booking. Not their fault but frustrating after a long flight. Also given a room already occupied due to a fault in their system. The staff did well under pressure and were very helpful.
The room itself was fine for a stopover. Ibis's fault, not the hotels.
