Ashridge House, which houses Ashridge Executive Education (formerly Ashridge Management College and Ashridge Business School), Little Gaddesden, Hertfordshire (<a href="http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/en-157703-ashridge-management-college-little-gadde" rel="nofollow">Grade I</a>). The building was originally a country house dating to 1808–25, when it was rebuilt in the Gothic style on the site of a monastery of 1283 that became a royal residence following the dissolution of the monasteries in 1539 and then a private house. It became It became Ashridge Business School in 1959 (see <a href="https://www.ashridge.org.uk/about-us/ashridge-house/history-and-heritage/" rel="nofollow">history</a>. GOC Hertfordshire's walk on 11 June 2016, in and around Berkhamstead, Nettleden, Frithsden and the Ashridge Estate in Hertfordshire. Martin T led this 9.7-mile walk, attended by 14 people. 翌日の早朝フライトのために1泊滞在しました。ターミナル5のArrivalエリアから徒歩5分位の空港直結の好立地。向かう途中にM&Sやカフェもあり、軽食のテイクアウトが出来て便利でした。チェックインの際、予約した部屋よりもアップグレードをしていただき、とても嬉しいサプライズがありました。部屋は十分広く清潔でアメニティ類も充実していました。バスタブ付きもリラックスできてありがたかったです。連泊したくなる居心地の良さでした。 ...
