「Considering that Luton is not the place it used to be, I was pleasantly surprised at how clean & modern the hotel was. Our 2 night stay was great, however I do think coffee should be a free perk whenever you stay in any hotel anywhere. They did have coffee up in the room, but the coffee downstairs in the communal breakfast area was only available with the purchase of breakfast; this should have been available for free. 「Very close to the airport. Free shuttle bus from the airport car park walking by 5 mins from hotel.」

「Unsanitary. Dusty Dirty Would rather sleep in the car so after three room changes we left for a different hotel. 1st room stunk of sewage. They moved us to another room which had dust balls on all wood surfaces and the lamp shades had food/liquid stains on them. Carpet was torn and a hazard. Moved once more to another room, however the noise from the lobby and entrance meant we couldn’t sleep. Checked out. Didn’t even ask for a refund they could use the money to fix up at least one room....

「I had a room booked for me and I am disabled ,so a while later rang to make sure it was accessible and had to pay extra(disability discrimination?) on arrival was assured it was a “deluxe room” .The bathroom was run down with copious mould ,dust from quite a while built up on skirting boards ,and behind bed heads. Dirty crumpled paper under mattress topper?,milk and drink accessories not topped up daily . Picnic tables 6 ft from room windows so very noisy at night. Dead plants and plastic flower...

「Very pleasant & comfortable. Around 11 parking spaces with no problems. Rooms were very clean & staff were very friendly & helpful. I stayed 1 week, checked out, found a cheaper hotel but I just had to return to this hotel. I also extended my stay for a couple of nights」
