「The caravan was very clean and not what we expected at all. There was plenty of room on the inside for the 3year old to play and the wrap around decking let him run round outside without us having to keep an eye on him all the time. It is as also within walking distance of the complex which was nice. Overall we had a very nice few days, the only thing is most of the activities are closed on a Friday.」

「Not our first stay at this park and as is the norm in our experience staff were polite and helpful, the accomadation was clean and funtional. We ate at the tavern and the food was of good quality and plentiful, also affordable and in line with other local eateries. "ヒースロー空港ターミナル4 から何件かあるホテルへの連絡通路で行けて便利です。翌日の早朝にホテルをでて無料の電車でターミナル5 まで約30分くらいで着きました。無料の電車に乗るにはフリーチケットが必要で改札にいる係の人が教えてくれました。ホテルはイギリス使用のコンセントが必要です。浴槽のある部屋で旅の疲れを癒す事が出来ました。チェックアウトも事前精算してればカードキーを箱に入れるだけなので助かります。"

"スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親しみやすかったです。ロビーに設置されている水とコーヒーが無料で提供されていました。毎日水をボトルに入れて部屋で飲むことができたので、スーパーで多くの水を購入する手間を省くことができました。階段は狭いですが部屋はとてもキレイで快適です。ベッドが最高で、とてもぐっすり寝ることができました。"

"This hotel was wonderful for me. Check-in and check-out are done on a touch panel, and if you have any questions, the staff will help you. The room was very clean. There are no amenities or a hair dryer, but I knew that in advance, so it wasn’t a problem. There was an issue where hot water didn’t come out of the shower, but when I asked the staff, they fixed it right away. The hotel is located in the middle of a busy downtown area, so there are plenty of restaurants nearby. You can get to the airport or the Eurostar station without transferring. They can keep your luggage after check-out for a fee. If I visit London again, I will definitely stay here."
