"Ms. Abegail on the front desk was so nice and helpful during check-in and also in helping me to extend my stay. She represented the hotel impeccably and I was so impressed. The room was super quiet and clean, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again due to its proximity to Hatton Cross tube station and Heathrow Airport. Thank you Ms. Abegail!"

"Within easy access to Wembley Stadium to see Harry Styles (who it turned out is a superstar) staff were all warm and friendly, a quick Macdonald right next door before setting off with a £15 Uber ( due to the time) to Wembley. Uber return fare was £45 so we walked 20 minutes and then got a £20 fare, back by 11pm. The pub was open until midnight serving Pizza and drinks. The room was clean, bed comfortable with all amenities well stocked. Price was high due to late booking and the event I would imagine but I would recommend and stay again next time I go to Wembley, thank you to all the staff who made it a lovely experience - lastly our electric car charged over night at a reasonable rate!"
