「Great apartment, near both Marylebone and Baker Street tube stations. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets near to the apartment. Check in and out was great. Minor issue - the aircon did not work in the bedroom. No corkscrew or wine bottle opener in the kitchen. Very small freezer section to fridge. TV in bedroom on the small side. 」

「Great flat for our family with room for each of us. Bathroom had super hot water and great water pressure, kitchen was perfect for breakfast before heading out to tour. As a first impression, we noticed that the carpets are old and wallpaper is peeling but those minor aesthetic issues did not impact us at all and it was exactly what we needed. Jack was very helpful and allowed us to check in early and stayed in touch. There were plenty of towels, extra sheets, hair dryer, stocked kitchen, etc....
