I booked this for my parents as they went to help set up a new property close by. It was modern, clean, spacious and they appreciated the convenience of having Carluccio's restaurant in the property. The only negative was that Carluccio's no longer does to-go breakfast options, which would have been ideal for them.

The Marriott Maida Vale is ideally located a short distance from Central London. The rooms are very spacious by London standards, very clean and modern. The welcome on arrival was perfect and service throughout our visit was excellent. Be aware that there are limited facilities, this is not a spa or gymn type hotel but if you are looking for a good sized room, easy access to London whilst keeping away from the main hustle and bustle, I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was nice but set apart from any attractions. It did have a tube station nearby but if using cabs or uber, it was quite expensive. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable but overpriced. The restaurant was decent (we had dinner) but again not reasonably priced. Staff was helpful.

Stay was ok. Couple of things to be aware of - early check in (I arrived at 1230) costs £40 and buffet breakfast for any kids over 12 is £20 each so £60 for a family of 3 is quite a lot. I think the Marriott could do a lot more to make their hotels more family friendly and welcoming.

Staff were excellent and rooms were clean and spacious. We had a family room with 2 double beds. Breakfast and food as a whole were brilliant. Great location too being only 2 to 3 minute walk to the bus stop and 5 mins walk from kilburn park underground.

The AC was only able to get as low as 18 and the room was already quite warm and the window doesn't open so it wasn't a particularly comfortable sleep in terms of room temperature, I imagine in the summer it would be very difficult to sleep. It's a lovely modern and otherwise very comfortable hotel. Staff are wonderful too
