"El hotel súper céntrico. A unos pasos del parque del retiro. Lo único es q pedimos habitacion para 3 y la cama en vez de queen era twin y se separaba. Viajamos mi esposo mi hija de 11 años y yo. El buffet de desayuno súper Rico. El staff siempre muy atento. Nos guardaron las maletas el último día porq el vuelo salía muy tarde. En general lo recomiendo. Abajo muchas tiendas para ir de shipping."

"Neat place but security is lacking. While waiting for my taxi in the lobby inside the main door looking out the window a thief snatched and stole my backpack inside the hotel 3 meters away. The staff was nonplussed about it indicating it happens often."

"Todo el personal fue muy atento y amable. No tuvimos inconveniente alguno ni para el check in no El check out. Y estuvieron muy al pendiente de nuestras necesidades en el hotel. Su roof top es muy bonito y los apartamentos son muy cómodos y tienen todo lo necesario para una buena estadía. Definitivamente volveremos."

"Overall, we had a great experience with just one minor issue. To start with the positives: the hotel was clean, in a prime location very close to Museo del Prado, and the breakfast was excellent. As for the minor issue, we asked the front desk if we could borrow some clean silverware for dinner (we had to get takeout since all restaurants were fully booked due to Good Friday), but it was never delivered to our room. As a result, we ended up cutting a grilled octopus with a coffee spoon and eating our Good Friday dinner by hands... "
