Fantastic hotel! Rooms are modern, spacious, and well equipped. The hotel has a nice rooftop pool and bar with views overlooking the palace and cathedral. Centrally located within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, and key attractions in the city. Staff are welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommend!

Everything was great, the pool was lovely with a great view, especially in the summertime heat. The breakfast was good, the property kept very clean. The staff has excellent service. The location is great because you’re far enough from the noise but just a block away from Gran Vía. I will definitely stay here with my family’s next visit to Madrid.

I booked this hotel last minute at the airport and I’m so happy I did. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the staff was super friendly. Alex Marc helped me with my check-in process and provided me with a detailed map on places to eat and visit. Their warm hospitality makes me look forward to staying here again.

This hotel was beautiful! Location was amazing, super easy to walk to Plaza Mayor, royal Palace and other sights. Metro very close as well. The view from the rooftop pool was breathtaking! The staff were friendly and super helpful- big shout out to Mark! The room was spacious, clean and aesthetically beautiful. They provided a cot for us and even left a little care pack for our baby- too cute!

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, multi-lingual and always have a smile. Checkin was a breeze, the breakfast buffet is wonderful, the rooms are comfortable (not too fancy, but very clean, modern and well appointed), the rooftop is beautiful. I wish they had a night-time ‘scene’ on the rooftop, they offer drinks and bites up there but we were the only people in the space after 8pm. It would be great if there was sone nice music and some excitement up there to draw a crowd. Great experience at this hotel and would stay again. Note that there are a lot of great options in Madrid so they need to lean into that rooftop harder to make this a ‘must stay’ location.

Wonderful rooftop pool and bar. Stayed open till 10 PM and we were able to watch the sunsets from the pool. Hotel is modern and staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Great location with three very close metro stops.
